What should you be talking to your clinician about?

Answer a few quick questions about your age and anatomy. We’ll show you which cancer screenings and preventive conversations are most relevant for you right now, according to current guidelines.

Education only. This tool uses your answers to surface general prevention topics based on widely accepted US guidelines. It does not diagnose, recommend treatment, or replace personalized advice from your own clinician. Think of it as a conversation starter, not a clinical opinion.

Sex assigned at birth

Used only to apply the right screening guidelines where they differ by reproductive biology.

Organs / anatomy (check all that apply)

Some screenings are organ-specific. Select what’s relevant to your body.

Optional: known risk factors (check any that apply)

These may shift the age at which screenings are recommended.

Your prevention roadmap

Everyone’s situation is different. Timing, frequency, and the right screening test depend on your full medical history, which only your clinician knows. Use this as a conversation starter — not a final decision tool.

    About these guidelines

Recommendations are drawn from US Preventive Services Task Force (USPSTF), American Cancer Society (ACS), and ACR guidelines for average-risk adults. High-risk individuals (strong family history, prior polyps, genetic variants, prior abnormal results) often need to start earlier or screen more frequently — discuss with your clinician. Guidelines are updated periodically; always verify with your own provider.
